1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At Destin Blooms, we take pride in the quality of our floral arrangements. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Damaged or defective products: Full refund or replacement if the arrangement arrives damaged.
- Wrong product delivered: Full refund or correct product re-delivered.
- Non-delivery: Full refund if we are unable to deliver your order.
- Quality concerns: Partial or full refund at our discretion based on photographic evidence.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after delivery has been completed.
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Natural wilting of fresh flowers after the expected lifespan.
- Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the arrangement has not yet been prepared. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed through Square to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Delivery fees may be refunded at our discretion depending on the situation.
